Building self confidence and self esteem

Self confidence and self esteem problems affect many people in their day to day lives.  Low levels of self-confidence can be very restrictive indeed.

Building self confidence is an important task.  The need to build self confidence and self esteem has an impact on many facets of a persons life.

Just as a lack of self confidence or low self esteem can originally be caused by a wide range of experiences throughout life, so it can go on to manifest itself is a great many situations, for example... 

• Nervousness before a test (including the driving test)
• Dating
