Paul Douglass D.Hyp. Adv. MIAH Acc. is a professional clinical hypnotherapist and hypnoanalyst running one of the county's most successful hypnotherapy practices.

He is an accredited and experienced hypnotherapist, having amassed thousands of client hours, and treats many emotional and psychological problems. Chief areas of expertise are in the fields of anxiety and social phobia (social anxiety), with a special interest in commitment phobia and emetophobia (the fear of being sick).

The type of hypnotherapy that Paul uses is 'Pure Hypnoanalysis', which is the purest form of analytical hypnotherapy available. This therapy is used to treat many kinds of problems including Panic Attacks, Self Confidence, Fears and Phobias, Depression, Nail Biting, Weight Issues, Stress, Performance Anxiety, Test Nerves, Blushing, IBS, Vaginismus and many more.

His approach is very relaxed, laid-back, and completely non-judgemental, and he has an excellent success rate.

He is a full member of the International Association of Hypnoanalysts, which is one of the country's largest and longest running professional hypnotherapy organisations, specialising in 'Pure Hypnoanalysis'.
