The session itself is split into two parts...
- The first part of the session is spent explaining the mechanisms that make you smoke, in more depth, including the 'belief' system, and the importance of having 'tangible' reasons to stop.
- You'll learn why you may have found it hard to stop in the past, and why it's going to be easy this time.
- You'll find out that most of the reasons you currently think you want to stop for, are not enough to make you stop
- We'll identify some real, tangible, effective reasons to stop, which will give you your incentive, and therefore your motivation.
- Then, the hypnotherapy part of the session puts it all into place.
